Hi, i wanted to send money today, but it looks like my wmid is blocked, i received 1 refund of 200$ from the money i send to a wrong person with a protection code, the money returned after 1 day.
A person wanted to buy a php script from me,and he send money to me without adding me , from two different z purse, a total of 200$.
Now i tried to buy something, and i can't send money, i contacted support, but no respond , can anyone tell me what to do ,is there any number i can call to talk in english and resolve this quickly before new year ?

Ok i wrote them, I'm not so familiar with this web money, since i only started to use it now , since some Russian customers used only Web Money as payment method.

Can you tell me is there any number i can call them ? I saw on verification page that if i wanna get personal passport, i have to go to russia meet face to face and give my photo id and documents, only the trip would cost me more than the amount i have in my account.

They are all in Russia, Ukraine, Germany, I'm in south eastern europe, i will call the usa number, hopefully they are working now.

I just called them on phone, they say i have to send them an email, so i will just wait, hopefully they respond me fast.

According to WM rules, in case you sell goods or accept money for some kind of service, you need to obtain a Merchant passport.

As soon as you have it, contact them again. If no criminal transactions on your WMID, most likely you will be deblocked.

There is no near agent, and I don't really wanna send my documents to Russia, the only way i would send them documents is as i send to Moneybookers via email.

I'm very disappointed with their support,and with everything, who they think they are to block my account without doing anything ? And they don't even answer my emails and calls.

Hidden, we don’t discuss here "who they think they are". And you better don’t ask them questions like that.

Just wait for January, 11th when Russia return to work and proceed your negotiations with WM support.

Actually WM support moved my tickets to Arbitration, and they are not responding.

I was a little bit mad cause i didn't got any response from them yet, my apologizes if i offended anyone, wasn't my attention.

They replied to me and said i need to get a formal passport, or i can withdraw the money to my bank account, and they will close my WMID, but how I'm gonna withdraw the money when the account is blocked.

Can anyone from WM support answer me ? I already said to return to original owner if anyone paid me with hacken/stolen money, which i believe was an amount of 100$ from the purse they said.

Arbitrage support answered me today and as per my request they let me refund the amount that have been send to me from stolen account, and no need to have a formal passport.
I have refunded the exact amount, please tell me what are the next steps to withdraw the amount i have left to my bank account.
