I am writhing here with a high level of Frustrationan and after long wait. I am waiting for the reply from approximately 5 days and still nothing ..
More than a month ago they Suspended my account without any reason and told me to get Personal certificate in order to use my account anymore.and also told me i can use my account freely as i was doing before with high level verification and i stucked with money in my WM purse . Then i started to take the pain and get the notarized Document and send it to the required address..
The FedEx took 2 days and deliver the document to its destination. the WM passport team took one month to process my document...A one Complete month.. at this movement i thought its all over and now i can move my funds.. but when i tried same error.. i again contacted to arbitration via same opened ticket 9226379 . and at that movement they informed me the we need another verification too which is Photo ID.
i again said ok i will do it too. and then i do it and uploaded and it processed. but now i am still not able to move my funds..
i tried my time to contact Arbitration via several ticket but no reply form five day... if you see my WM profile

you can see i am Notarized verified, i am PhotoID verified and my passport data is matched with my provided details and this all shows i am personal passport verified but i am still not getting any answer that why i am not able to move my funds?.
Or I want them to close my WMID and Terminate my service and Allow me to withdraw my funds to my bank account on my name in Pakistan.
I had enough with them. i already wasted too much time after them.... i will not go for any other verification. just close my account and allow me to withdraw my funds to my bank account in Pakistan. as according to Section 9.5 of the Agreement on Property Rights Transfer by Means Of Digital Units (http://www.wmtransfe...transfert.shtml), i can withdraw the balance of my purses to a bank account opened in the name of the WMID owner (provided during the registration of the WMID). No other owner name can be used.
