I already send support ticket but 24 hrs passed no one answer my question.

It still says waiting for operator's reply .

My hard earned 30$ is locked in my account .

I don't know why they block my wmid .

Last week I changed my e-mail address don't know this is the reason or not .

I register in wmz last year

from registration I hardly use wmz .

My account had total 5 incoming and 4 outgoing transaction so far ( in one year).

I don't know I will get any answer from them or not .

If any moderator or staff here kindly take a look my problem and help me .

I am in big trouble .

I don't understand russian language.

I am very much newbie in wmz

I hardly use wmz

Today I received 30$ wmz in my account then I cant transfer this money .

It says error u cant transfer funds "

I log in through software but it still says invalid correspondent .

I send ticket no reply received .

I dont know what to do now .

Kindly help me sir

It is very very hard earned money .
